A tranquil and private home, with quality interior finish and furnishings, Willow Haven offers lots of sunshine, high-speed Internet access, an electric fireplace in the gracious, comfortable living room, and a 42" television in the separate TV room, which enjoys a beautiful view from a wall of windows. The kitchen is all new and well-equipped, with a separate dining room. Both bedrooms have queen beds and there is a full bath with shower, plus a half bath. Out on the deck is a barbecue, patio dining set, and a hot tub. Down the stairs to the yard and you will find what must be the largest lawn in Guerneville, beautifully laid out with patio areas, planting beds, and two enormous weeping willow trees, one of which has a hammock.
This home, for all its privacy, enjoys a terrific location. Just a two minute walk to the Riverlands pier (a single kayak is included) or to the tennis courts, playground, and pee wee golf course/arcade and an eight minute walk over the bridge to downtown Guerneville, you can park your car (off-street) and never have to drive. Johnson's Beach, with its canoe, paddleboat and kayak rentals, is in downtown Guerneville, along with plenty of restaurants, shops, and bars.
