Otter Creek is a remodeled creekside cabin with redwood siding, trim, and deck built from the property's redwood trees which were milled on site. With only two other houses in the far vicinity, one screened by an ingenious carport, the other considerably in back of the cabin and barely visible, Otter Creek offers a quiet, tranquil location. The living room is open to the kitchen, with a dining set. The bedroom and bathroom are off the living room. Out the front door, the deck has outdoor dining and hot tub. Short steps lead to the yard and various seating areas. There's a 65' path and steps through the redwoods to the creek. This location on Austin Creek is habitat for river otters, rarely seen in this area except by those in this vicinity. Shy by nature, otters will disappear if they hear you or your dog coming their way.
