Mom's Beach House (~800sf) is completely remodeled and full of charm, with river view through the woods. On the upper level, the living room has a dining set and is open to the kitchen. Off the living room, there's a deck with outdoor dining. Off the kitchen, there's a deck with loungers, hot tub and privacy fencing. Down a set of stairs, there's a bedroom and bathroom. To one side of the house, there's a dog run. On the other side, there's a public path to the neighborhood Mother's Beach, a large expanse with lots of sand (dogs must be on leash), quite lively in high season.
