House: Junebug really is cute as a bug. The living room features leather furniture, gas fireplace, 30" cable TV with DVD and VCR, hardwood floors, and includes a dining set for two. The kitchen has a slate floor and a gas stove. Junebug sleeps four in two bedrooms, both with double beds, one with a great view of redwoods and river. The living room opens to a deck with breakfast dining set and charcoal barbecue at the rear and a front porch with comfy chair at the front. The bathroom has a slate floor and tub/shower combo.

      Grounds: From the rear deck, a set of steps leads to a sunny lawn in a clearing of redwoods, complete with a dining set for four and a firepit. If rented with Jujube, there is direct access to the beach via a path.

      Junebug shares a half acre with another of our rentals, Jujube, which sleeps 2. Junebug is located at the front (streetside) of the property. The access path to Jujube runs down the side of Junebug, but the houses are separated by a high fence for privacy. If Jujube is rented separately, Junebug guests have easy access to the nearby neighborhood beach, just 40 yards down the street. The rental includes a canoe. When the two houses are rented together, Junebug guests have use of the private beach access and the on-deck 4-person hot tub at Jujube.
