The living room includes a dining area and opens to the rear deck. The kitchen is adjacent. The bathroom is off the living room and the bedroom is beyond the bathroom. The deck has outdoor dining and hot tub. Steps lead to the river and seasonal dock. The front yard is landscaped and fenced.
Please note that this is a riverfront home with a dock. Docks are generally in place from mid-June/early July to mid-September, depending on when the summer dams are installed. There are plenty of other ways to enjoy the river, if a dock is not in place at the time of your visit, such as a short walk or drive to a neighborhood and town public beach or renting a canoe from Burke's. Boats are generally not available when docks are not in place.
