Jade House (~2000sf) is a newly remodeled, Asian-inspired home fronting beautiful Drake's Beach, consisting of two independent flats (with no interior connection). The upper level has an open plan living area, kitchen, and dining area, three bedrooms, a full bath, and a half bath. The upper level living area opens to a deck with outdoor dining. The lower level has a second, full kitchen, dining area, living room, two bedrooms (one is accessed through the other), and a full bath. The lower level living area opens to a deck with outdoor living room set. Steps lead to a large patio and a fenced yard with gate to the beach. The hot tub is on its own deck inbetween the upper and lower level decks. Parking is limited to 4 cars.
Please help keep our neighbors happy and our neighborhoods vacation rental-friendly. By County Ordinance, quiet hours are 10pm-9am. After 10pm, please keep voices quiet and hot tub jets on low.
