The first level is an open-plan living room and kitchen with dining area, which opens to the rear yard, deck, hot tub and outdoor dining. The second level has one bedroom and the bathroom. The third level has a large master bedroom with sitting area. Up a ladder, the fourth level is a loft sitting room. The rear yard is fully fenced.
