Dragonfly (~1200sf) is a contemporary river-front home with beautiful furnishings, soaring vaulted ceilings, and panoramic view of forest and river. The living room is open to the kitchen, with dining area, and opens to the upper deck, outdoor dining and hot tub. Off the living room, there's a master bedroom with its own bathroom, two bedrooms, and another bathroom. There's a lower deck with a picnic table. From this deck, there are stairs and a private path to river access and/or seasonal dock. This home is unique in that it has good river access even when the dock is not in, although boats are still seasonal.
Please note that this is a riverfront home with a dock. Docks are generally in place from mid-June/early July to mid-September, depending on when the summer dams are installed. There are plenty of other ways to enjoy the river, if a dock is not in place at the time of your visit, such as a short walk or drive to a neighborhood and town public beach or renting a canoe from Burke's. Boats are generally not available when docks are not in place.
